Returns
We are so sure you will gain relief from using our machines, we offer a money back guarantee to all our customers if they return their machine within 21 days of delivery. There is a £5 restocking charge on all returns. This guarantee does not cover leads, electrodes, batteries or other consumable items or the carriage.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel if you prefer not wait.
